Fuji Announces X100F and X-T20

Today Fujifilm announced the X100F camera, which I've been eagerly anticipating, as I didn't upgrade to the X100T after owning the X100S. Based on what I've seen, the improvements are to be as expected. But will I get the F? Hmm, I'm actually not so sure...

Not Christmas Photos

The winter holidays are a great time to photograph - family and friends, lights, rich colors, carefully prepared and displayed food, traveling out of town, inclement weather... I always try to find things to photograph that are a little off the beaten track, not the center of attention, or which require a more careful look to find. In other words, not your usual Christmas photos.

Squeezing in the Photography

We all have busy schedules so it can be tough to find stretches of time to photograph, and I at least have to be opportunistic about getting a series of images rather than just odd snapshots. Earlier this year I attended a conference in San Antonio which gave me an opportunity to photograph people in a new setting. Here are some of my favorite shots from that couple of days.
